Contact form email issue

  Hello, we have a contact form on our small businesses site and when it forwards the messages to our email it groups them all by category in a continuous chain rather than sending them as independent emails. How can this be fixed? Thanks!

  The grouping is likely done by your email client based on the sender and subject of the messages. However, it appears you do not have any sites with us here at WordPress.com (including Jetpack sites).
