Contact form email not working

  Hi, I have entered a different email address for replies to go to for the Contact Form I have set up…but I am not receiving emails through. I have done a couple of test Email Enquiries on our site from a different email address and it doesn’t seem to be working. Can you help? Is there a setting I need to change?

  Hi there. I pasted your contact form into a test blog I built, and the form works properly when I add my own email address into that field. Since we know the form itself works, let’s look into your email address.

  Could you check your junk/spam folder to make certain that nothing is getting caught in your filter?

  Please add (email visible only to moderators and staff) to your accepted incoming email addresses in your email client.

  As an experiment, please use a non-zephyr.net.nz email address in the contact-form to='(email visible only to moderators and staff)’ area of your contact form short code. Save your changes and try out your form. Let me know how it works.
