  While it doesn’t answer the question you’ve asked, please read again what is written in the note in the support doc for the contact form:

  Note: This is not a secure method for collecting private information, such as credit card numbers, bank account numbers, usernames, passwords, etc. …

  Looking at your Apply Now contact form it appears that you are asking for such sensitive information. I’ve tagged this thread for Staff assistance and input on this topic. Please be patient for their reply.

  I can see two contact form submissions in the Feedback area:

  Can you check for the emails in your spam/junk/social folders?

  As justjennifer highlighted, the contact form is not a secure way to collect personal information such as salary account numbers and bank names. Please reconsider collecting the information in this way.

  Let me know if you are able to find the emails.
