Contact form – emails not being delivered
-
Contact form appears to be set up properly, but email does not arrive at destination. I’ve tried a couple of different email addresses in the Email Notifications section, but nothing sent from the contact form arrives.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
It looks like all of your contact form submissions are being trapped in the Spam folder here:

Can you try sending a test through your contact form without using the word “test” and filling out the form completely?

I see that the email address I was using has been logged in as spam; when I used a different email address, it went through.
I’ve marked my original email address as not-spam, but it’s still being blocked. Is there a way to white-list that address? The not-spam designation seems to be for that email only, not the address. I don’t see a setting in Akismet, either.
Thanks, btw; didn’t know about the spam folder. Learn something new every day, eh?

There currently isn’t a way to whitelist the address. However, I believe if you mark a few of the messages as “Not Spam”, it should stop spamming your email address when it comes through the contact form. Is this not what you’re experiencing?
The spam designation does also read into the email content, but it should recognize the email address as well.
