Contact Form error

  Hi,
  I have a website running on wordpress. I have my email routed through google workspace. The contact form i use, doesnot send mail. It is giving an error “Submission Failed”.

  Wordpress version 6.
  Themes used avant-garde.1.2.1
  Form Plugin WP form lite
  SMTP plugin PostSMTP
