  Users are reporting receiving error messages when they submit the “contact form” on our website even though they have properly filled out all of the required fields. Contact forms have worked for us in the past, but are not working now even though none of the settings have changed. Does anyone know what might be causing this or how to troubleshoot it?

  Hey there! Thanks for reaching out! I tested your contact form, and the message went through successfully. After submitting, I saw the confirmation message: “Your message has been sent.”
  
  You can view the form submissions from your site’s dashboard by going to Feedback > Form Responses on the left side. Let me know if you need any further help!
