contact form fails to foward to email address

  Hi, I inserted a contact form (at my page “lidmaatschap”). I set my settings in order to forward the data inserted at the form to my email address, but it doesn’t work. At another page (contact) I inserted another form, exactly the same way and there it does work (it forwards the inserted data to my email address)

  Any idea how I can fix this?

  Me too! What i do is look at the feedback page to look at replies to forms

  Have you people contacted Staff? I’m asking because Volunteers cannot help with this issue. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
