contact form Field labels and feild descriptions wont show on wpforms using visual composer

  Hi I can t seem to get the form working in wpforms
  embed code does this,
  [wpforms id=’1566′ title=’false’ description=’false’]
  the field label will not show, not sure if the text is white but I have gone into settings and changed to black still didn’t work. I used the field description for now but would really like to get it working http://primalcottage.com.au/contact-us/
