Contact form fields prepopulated

  Hello,

  I have put a contact form on the menu on my website “contact nous”, using the contact form button in the editor. The contact form fields are prepopulated with my information. I would like it the fields blank, so users can enter their information into these fields.   logout and the form will be empty – visit my site and you will see your info in my contact form – if I visit your site I will see MY info in the form not yours
