Contact Form filled our with my details!

  Although I’ve tried deleting and re-adding the contact form, each time I do so, the form is already filled out with my details, rather than blank.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you’re logged in, WordPress will put your info in there automatically, just like it does for blog comments.

  Try viewing the form logged out (or from a secondary browser) and the form should be blank.
