Contact Form – fills with my profile name and email

  Originally this contact form was working correctly. But, now for some reason it fills with my profile name and email address. I have tried to build a new page, but it automatically fills in this info. Where can i find this old info to delete it? You can see it here:

  Resolved – just tested from another computer and the profile info did not show up. It must be pulling it from my user certificate.

  When you are logged in the form is filled out with your info (or mine if I visited your site while logged in)
