Contact form font color issue, white on white

    I’m using free WordPress account, I don’t think I have CSS capabilities access.
    My issue is that the font color for the values in the contact form are the same as the contact form background, thus making it really difficult to see what is being typed.
    How do I change the white colored font to black so it will show up on the contact form white background? Or how do I change the white background to a darker color so the white type will be visible?
    Is this possible with a free account?
