  Can I not have a contact form for the website I have? I have tried to set one up or add the contact form 7 widget and don’t see where I can do that. Please let me know! Thank you.

  Thank you! This looks like it is for WP Business and not WP Premium. I have the premium subscription, is there a way to add an email sign up form to my premium page.

  That widget cannot be used on a wordpress.COM hosted site.

  There is one and only one contact from that we can customize and use on any wordpress.COM hosted site. https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

  Contact forms are for private communication. They are not for site registration or for subscriptions. You can post a follow blog widget so they can subscribe and receive your posts by email https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/follow-blog-widget/
