Contact Form – format how field text looks in email reply

  We were able to insert the Contact Form with no problem into our blog; however, the email response from the form comes with with all of the field data as one big blob of text. No line breaks. Very hard to decipher. I tried adding html line break codes in the text portion of the form, but that only changes the appearance on the blog. Doesn’t help the email response. Any suggestions?
