Contact form getting spammed

  I added a page to my blog with a contact form (for readers to contact me directly when not commenting on specific blog posts).

  The first message I have received is spam, so I have taken the page offline.

  Is there anyway to add captcha (or to require a specific answer to a question) to a contact form?
