Contact Form has disappeared

    My website form is not showing anymore.

    I deleted some pages from the theme and then the form disappeared from the live site even though it is still showing in the editor.

    I restored the pages and it did not fix the problem.

    Any suggestions?

    Regarding the contact form, I checked by clicking the Contact link in your menu, and it brought me to the Contact Form here. Are you still not seeing the form on the live site? Or have you managed to fixed it already?
