  I need to add a contact form on this page: http://clipperdarrell.wordpress.com/register-to-win/

  The plain [contact-form] addition on WordPress.com is too boring, and doesn’t let me add any extra questions..

  I’ve tried a ton of different sites that let me create a contact form, and paste the HTML into wordpress.. but those end up not working.

  What can I do?

  Use an external site entirely and just link to it. Survey Monkey is particularly popular.
