contact form – how to change the email recipient designation

how do I change the email recipient for those messages sent using my site’s contact form? I would like a different person to receive the emails, and for the life of me I can’t figure out how to do this.

If you go to the “edit” view for your Contact page, you can see the code for the contact form. Change the address listed here:
contact-form to='(email visible only to moderators and staff)'Let me know if you have any trouble.

Hi thanks for your help. I did edit the code for the contact form and replaced the former recipient with the new, intended recipient and the hit “update”. However, when I sent a test message, that test message came to ME, the site administrator, at the general notifications e-mail address that I established when I set up the site. Very strange, any thoughts?

Am going to try deleting the entire form and creating a new one. Will let you know if that works.
