Contact form – how to confirm sender's email?

Lots of websites have contact and registration forms where you have to type in your email address twice and the form will only send if the two match. Is it possible to set that up for forms on my site?
I’ve created a form at https://eastlondonchorus.wordpress.com/2015/10/09/ticket-enquiry-form/ with an extra box to type in email address a second time. But if they don’t match, I think it will still send.
If I make it an email type instead of text, then at any rate if someone is logged in to WP.com, both will be correctly populated. But if they want to give a different address, I think it still won’t check they match.
