  I dont think so, but you can set up a page where you can put up a contact form. http://support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

  Put a link to your contact page into a text widget in your sidebar.

  You have to put the URL of the contact page that you created in the text widget, not the contact-form shortcode. The contact-form shortcode will not work in widgets. You create the contact page first, then code the URL into the text widget. I was going to give you the code, but you do not have a contact form page on your site.

  Many thanks! Yes, there is a contact form (St Barnacles) on a sub-page – I’ll go sort it out!
