Contact form in structure theme not working

  I’m having problems with contact forms?

  I’ve got one our our site http://oldfieldseatinghouse.com/seaham-town-hall/ it isn’t forwarding anything at all to me

  Help, it’s very important!

  Have you checked whether the comment form notifications aren’t perhaps landing in your email spam folder? If you use Gmail it could also be under the Social Tab.

  You can also go to your dashboard and click on Feedback ->Feedback and check if the messages are there. Also check under the Spam tab on that page. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/#feedback-management

  If the information is not available in any of those places, try deleting your form completely and inserting a new one from scratch.
