Contact form inserts admin info

    Hello,
    My contact form automatically inserts my administrator username and email address to autofill a blank form. I do not want it to do this and prefer to have each field be blank until the user inputs their own information. Please advise on how to correct this setting.

    Log out and the fields go away

    WordPress.COM remembers the fields for logged in users. If I visit your site I will see MY info in your form, if you visit my site while logged in you will see your info in the contact form
