Contact Form is Autopopulating

  Hi,

  I have added a contact form to one of my pages but the areas are auto populating with my details instead of being blank for visitors to add their details! Anyone any idea why this is happening ?

  It auto populates your information because you are logged into the site. If you log out, you’ll see that the form is blank.

  When I visited your site, the form was filled out with my information because I am logged into my WP.com site.
