Contact form is refilled out with my info

Why does the contact form have my information in the fields? I want the person contacting me to fill in their info. How do i fix that?

It’s ‘filled’ out because you’re logged into your account. Anyone else looking at the form will see their information (if they’re logged into their account) or a blank form.

thecheapreader is correct. Log out, clear your browser cache and cookies and visit the site as any visitor would to prove this to yourself.
When someone makes a comment on your blog or complete a contact form, unless they have cleared their cookies, WordPress.com will recognize them and complete the details for them. No one else will be able to view those details in comment boxes or in contact forms. The next person who comments will see blank fields. Commenters will not see each others details.
Also note that on each post and page there’s an Admin [edit] link that only you as Admin and any Editors you have can see when you are logged in. It’s for your convenience and your visitors cannot see it. You cannot remove it as it’s coded into the theme templates and we cannot edit templates or themes.
