Contact form isn't working

  I’ve been trying to use my own contact me form following concerns that messages aren’t getting through. Clicking submit on the form gives no indication as to whether an e-mail has been submitted. No e-mail received, no copy in Feedback folder.

  The form was working last July and I never touched it. Can anyone explain what’s going wrong?

  Update: the plot thickens. I think I can see at least one of the test e-mails I sent using that form, but it’s dated as July 15th 2013. The time appears to be correct though.
