Contact form issue

  I am trying to put a contact form on my new blog, but the only thing that sits next to “Upload/Insert” is “Add Media.” The support forums say that there should be a “Contact Form” next to that, but there isn’t.

  Any thoughts/suggestions would be very helpful!

  Thanks for the link. You are posting to the w ong support forum. That’s not a free hosted WordPress.com blog and our instructions will not work on that site. You need to post to http://wordpress.org/support/ for support. For clarity please read > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  The site lindaparksrepublican.com is hosted at GoDaddy.COM, not at WordPress.COM.

  You do have a WordPress.COM blog at lindaparksrepublican.wordpress.com which is associated with the account you logged in to for posting here. That blog appears to not have been used, yet.

  This support forum is only for WordPress.COM blogs. You should contact support as designated by GoDaddy. An alternative is to move the hosting to WordPress.COM (if you own the domain name outright, you can also move it here, too … and use it under “domain mapping”).

  If you install the Jetpack plugin created by wordpress.com, then you will have the contact form as well as some other features unique to wordpress.com.
