Contact Form Issue

Why is it if I make a fixed contact and i update my page the contact form duplicates the details I made, I cant edit my site for now cause it’s annoying, please send me an email about this, for now, I am using my own email since my business email add does not registered here, here is my business email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) and here is my site link so you can see what i mean in my page mykcat.com/online-application/

The site mykcat.com isn’t hosted on WordPress.com and isn’t using the contact form offered here. You are using Contact Form 7, and will want to use their support for this.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
You’ll want to use the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ for any support on managing your site. Hope that helps to point you in the right direction!
