Contact Form Issues

  I have put 2 contact forms on a page on my website, one is working while the other is not. The two are exactly the same(require the same fields of information, send to the same email) but only one is working.

  Hello again, so looking at your site, I can see it is using the open source WP software. If you are using a plugin for the contact form, you’ll want to consult with the plugin author. Otherwise, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
