  Hi, I have installed the plugin WP Mail SMTP and configured the form settings (correctly, I think) but I am still not receiving any test emails I submit through the form.

  Hi @elainevdv,

  I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org).

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities.
