contact form issues

  Dear Jetpack,

  I am having issues w/ the contact form. I am trying to insert it into a post and it will not give me all of the posting options.

  This is the only code available, regardless of which sections I’m trying to use:
  [contact-form][contact-field label='Name' type='name' required='1'/][/contact-form]

  I also need to have an email line and an optional comment line. I have updated recently, and everything else on my WP site is updated. I have also tried pasting this on another new post to see if it is any different.

  Any thoughts on this?

  If you are having trouble getting the form to insert the way you want it to appear you can edit the shortcode directly to include the fields you want to have. If you want to add a required email field, and an optional comment field to the above shortcode you would change it to:

  [contact-form][contact-field label='Name' type='name' required='1'/]
  [contact-field label="Email" type="email" required="true" /]
  [contact-field label="Comment" type="textarea" /][/contact-form]

  Please let me know if that doesn’t work for you.
