Contact form issues
-
Hi guys,
OK so I have just built a blog and installed a contact form. I have tried a few test emails and nothing has arrived.
Could you see if you can spot what I am doing wrong!
Thanks
Warren

Hi Eurello
I’ve just had one user saying he has used the ‘List your Business’ form and I have not received the email. He has done it twice and no luck.
Other users have done this and it has worked.
Any idea why this may be happening?
THanks
Warren

Hi Warren – I just tested it, and I didn’t have any problem. Did you make sure his didn’t accidentally go into your spam folder?
If not, does he get any kind of error message when he submits it?

No apparently it says the submission was successful. I have sent it out to a few friends to test so will get some feedback there.
As you can imagine the business requires me receiving ALL the submissions so it’s a bit of a worry!
Thanks for your help so far.

Hi Warren,
It looks like you have switched your “List Your Business” contact form to an external service, so you should be all set there.
If you do decide to use a contact form again, you can always view the submissions sent through your contact form by going to Feedback > Feedback in your dashboard. It’s possible that some of the legitimate submissions from your form were being marked as spam, but you can mark those messages as “Not Spam” from your dashboard. We have more about that here:

If you have any questions about this, please let me know!
