Contact form issues

On the forums page, it says:
‘The contact form shows all of my information in the blocks, rather than leaving them empty. It also puts MY email address in the Email block, rather than the email author’s email address, which is useless. Also, when I created this wordpress.com site, it automatically picked up the email address I most recently used, rather than the one I wanted to use for this WordPress.com site. How do I fix this?

The blog I need help with is microtrees.wordpress.com.’

However, that is not the site I am working on. The site I am working on is ohiostars.wordpress.com. I don’t know why it says microtrees.wordpress.com.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

The contact form shows all of my information in the blocks, rather than leaving them empty. It also puts MY email address in the Email block, rather than the email author’s email address, which is useless

The contact form can be found empty if you visit it while being logged out of a WordPress.com account. For example, try visiting the contact page in an incognito/private mode on your browser.

Similarly, when I visit the contact page while being logged into my WordPress account, I find my account details autofilled in (including my name, email address and site).

Also, when I created this wordpress.com site, it automatically picked up the email address I most recently used, rather than the one I wanted to use for this WordPress.com site. How do I fix this?

You can check and change the email associated with your WordPress.com account on this page –
    https://wordpress.com/me/account

I hope this answers your question :)
