Contact form layout

    Hi there,
I am trying to find a way to add questions to a contact form.
eg: How many windows are there?
The answer will be a number and according to the number, there will be entries for the windows dimensions, width, height, length…

If the client inputs only 1 then there can be dimensions listed below the question.
If there are more than 1, is there a way to ask for a drop-down or the form increases inputs:
    Example Window 1:
    w,h,l
    Window 2:
    w,h,l

How do I go by creating such a form?

  • Hi there,

I checked your site and although your site is connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack, it is using the open-source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums:

    https://wordpress.org/support/forums

These forums are for WordPress.com-hosted sites only. Since we do not have access to self-hosted WordPress.org sites, we are unable to provide any direct assistance to your issue. I would also reach out to your site host for help.

If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org you can read this document:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

    Thanks!
