contact form not available?

  Trying to add a contact form to this page by following your plug-in directions

  ‘You can also add a Contact Form to existing Posts or Pages by editing them in the Visual Editor. In the toolbar, you’ll see the “+” symbol and the “@ Add Contact Form” option, like in the example below:’ (https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/),

  but there is no ‘+’ to click on the Visual Editor toolbar in order to add a contact form.
