Contact Form, not getting emails

    Hi, I am not receiving all of the emails when people try to contact me via the contact form on my page. I am not sure why this is or how to fix it.

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

    I can see that there are some responses that are going to the spam. Can you check this link (Or click My Site → Feedback on your dashboard) and confirm if you’ve received the emails for these submissions?

    You wouldn’t have received these ones, as they went to spam. If these look like legitimate messages, please select them and mark them as not spam. That will teach our system to send an email for similar submissions.

    One reason they might have been marked as spam is the lack of text in the “Message” box. I see some of them just say “Hi” or “test”, which do not look like legitimate submissions. That’s why they were treated as spam, and you didn’t receive an email. I assume some of those test submissions were yours. If you type a longer message, that should send the submission to your inbox.
