Contact Form Not Sending Emails
-
Hello – I have the standard wordpress.com Contact Form on my site – I tested by going incognito and it is not sending emails to me if someone leaves a question or comment, although it says Message Sent. I also have an issue with the contact form that when I link to the Contact Us page in a blog post, I have another persons name that comes up as another contact option. I never added this person’s name and they don’t have anything to do with my business. Thanks for your help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

re: contact forms and comment boxes and autofilled information
Note that there will be auto-filled information in a contact form or a comment box but your information is visible to you when you are logged in and have not cleared your browser cache and cookies. No one else can see it.
When someone makes a comment on your blog, unless they have cleared their cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies, WordPress.com will recognize them and complete the details for them. No one else will be able to view those details in comment boxes or in contact forms. The next person who comments will see blank fields. Commenters will not see each others details.
If you log out, clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then visit your site without logging in that links will not appear to you.

At this link https://sandlinandassociates.wordpress.com/ I witness an empty site devoid of blogger created content.
What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you are referring to please?
This is wordpress.COM support. We cannot answer any questions posted here accurately until we have the relevant URL and have confirmed hosting. Note that about 30% of those who post here daily are posting to wrong support forum and the answers to wordpress.COM and WordPress.ORG support questions are not the same.
We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. We cannot provide support for sites that are not on our servers. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM. That support is found at http://wordpress.ORG/support/
(3) sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page. That support is found at http://jetpack.com/support/WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, support docs and support forums, run different theme versions of themes with the same names, and many people get confused about the two. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
The wordpress.ORG support forums are at http://wordpress.org/support. The wordpress.ORG login link is here https://login.wordpress.org/ If you do not have an account yet then click Create an account https://login.wordpress.org/register/ and if you have lost an account password click Lost password? https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/

Thank you for your help – and I am not sure why it defaults to the sandlinandassociates.wordpress.com site? The site I am working with is rfprepared.wordpress.com. Thanks again.

Companies, groups and organizations of any kind to not own blogs. Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address here https://wordpress.com/me/account, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
Are you that owner of the site in question? Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the https://rfprepared.wordpress.com site?
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another account
What are the notification preferences set for the contact form?
