Contact Form not sending information to my email

    I am having trouble getting the information on the contact form sent to the correct email. I have tried to have the information sent to my primary email, (email visible only to moderators and staff), but to no avail. For a time it was defaulting and sending it to (email visible only to moderators and staff) (which is an old email and i’d prefer not to use) and now i don’t think its sending it anywhere, the only place that i can retrieve the messages is on the website itself under “feedback” which is not ideal. I’ve tried changing my email account in “settings” and i’ve also tried entering it directly into the notification part of the contact form. Nothing seems to work. Please let me know how best to approach this situation. Thanks!

  • Hi there – the email you have listed for your account is the old email still. You’ve changed it for that blog in Settings->General, but you haven’t changed the setting for your entire user account, which is where the feedbacks are being sent. You can change that email by logging into the account and going here:

    You’ll receive a confirmation email to the new email address, and you’ll need to click a link in that email for the change to take effect. Let me know if you still have trouble!
