Contact form not sending out emails

On my blog http://www.tweenwaterstilloo.com the contact form in our contact page is not sending out the emails when people fill out the form. Can you please contact me asap so we can resolve this matter. it is very urgent for our business depends on this!

As far as i know ( i have the form ) its only for people to get in contact with you, no other reason.

Correct. When people fill it out it used to send out an email. Now it’s no longer doing it.

I think what you mean is you aren’t receiving the email.Any legitimate feedback will then be emailed to you, and added to your feedback management area.
1. Please confirm your settings at the notifications link I posted above.
2.
You have two separate email address settings at WordPress.com.
Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.
Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.

Re: no confirmation email received
Be sure to check your email client spam/junk mail filter. If it’s not there then please post again please. -

T tried all of that and still nothing. I am beginning to think that WordPress has a problem -

P.S. As the emails aren’t getting through but you obviously have some way of knowing that I suggest that you may want to white-list all email from @wordpress.com in your email client.
