Contact Form not showing up on Page I've Created

This is driving me absolutely mad, I’ve done everything, I’ve followed the Instructions and still nothing appears, please, please help me, I’m going out of my mind.

You created a staic page but failed to place the contact form code on that page before you published it. Edit the page and follow these instructionsto add a contact form to it > contact page

Something must have gone wrong, I did everything the instructions said and it still isn’t appearing?
I’m no computer wizz, surely adding a contact form should be easy as it states?
What do you mean by Static page?
I created a new page entitled Contact, then I tried to add the form by following the instructions, I clicked on the contact form icon, it took me to the area where you can edit your form, I just wanted the standard type of contact form that was already displayed, I clicked on the blue button at the bottom, some code appeared, I pressed the publish button then all the code vanished, I cannot see what I;m doing wrong?

Ever since the latest updates, users have been reporting issues with drafts, including vanishing content. Try again now that the page is published.
