Contact form not working
-
My domain name is registered with GoDaddy via their European MX records/servers and pointed to my WordPress blog.
The contact form does not work on my site and I am not receiving any of the test messages that I have sent.
I have done the following from troubleshooting tips:
Logged out of wordpress to send the test comments
Not used any words in the message such as test that would get caught in the spam filter
Tried different browsers to send messages
Have checked my junk mail for the messages. It has now been over a week with this issue and it is incredibly frustrating as I can not promote this site until this basic piece of functionality. If it can not be resolved I would like a full refund for all the money I have spent as I will need to use another platform.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there –
The email that your comment notifications will go to is the one here in Settings->General.
You’ll want to update that to your GoDaddy email. You’ll also likely want to update your administrative email address here: https://wordpress.com/?ssl=forced#!/settings/account/
Note that you’ll receive a confirmation email to the new email address, and you’ll need to click a link in that email for the change to take effect.
Your GoDaddy email itself is working for you, correct? The problem is just that you’re not getting the test notifications from you WordPress.com blog?

Hello Eurello,
I have amended the info above as suggested.
Yes, my GoDaddy e-mail is working but I am still not receiving the test notifications from my wordpress blog.I have (email visible only to moderators and staff) and *@wordpress.com in both the address book and the allowed list in the filter on my GoDaddy email and even tried turning the spam filter off but still not receive and test messages I sent through the WordPress contact form.

Hmmm. I sent you a test note through the contact form, which you can see in your feedbacks here.
Can you check your email and let me know if you got that one? Check your spam/junk folder, too, just in case.
