Contact form not working

  I can’t seem to get my contact form to work. I’m trying to do this myself, as the person I paid to build my website didn’t seem to finish it. I have installed the WP Mail Stmp plugin and the test email worked. However, when I send a message from the contact page I don’t tecieve anything

  You may use Jetpack Plugin instead of WP Mail Stmp plugin. If you still face the same issue with jetpack you may contact me. Happy to help you.

  I have a contact form in the blog but I am not receiving any notifications from it although I have friends who said they posted queries. Tested it too…but no notification comes and there is no trace of the contact forms sent…Mine is a free account. Any issues with this? Please advise me. Thanks so much.

  There are no sites owned by the account you are currently logged in to. Can you confirm the URL of the site you are working on?
