Contact form not working

  Hi there,

  My contact form on my website is not working and I haven’t a clue on how to make it work

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Hi bud,

  I’ve tried using a new contact form but i’m unsure if that is still working or not.

  Thanks for the link! That site is not hosted by us at WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and is hosted elsewhere. (At GoDaddy.)

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on WordPress.com.

  You can reach out to your host for help with your site. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and could also be able to help you here.

  You may also want to contact the plugin support for the contact form plugins that you are using so that they can look into why you are not receiving contact form submissions via email.
