contact form not working

  My contact form is not working on runforcover.live.
  If someone tries to send a message via the form, I don’t receive the email and I can’t or don’t know how to edit the page to achieve this, any ideas?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
