Contact Form not working

I followed the directions to create a contact form and it is not showing up on my contact page. Cold you help me and let me know what may be wrong?

Do you have a custom menu?
If so then go here > Appearance > Menus and include the contact page in the custom menu.

Well, then I’m sorry but I cannot help you. I previously worked through all those instructions in my test blog and they worked for me. Hopefully, another Volunteer or Staff member will be able to solve why it’s not working for you.

Don’t forget to hit the blue Update button to save the page when you’re done.

I know it is blank. That is my problem. I followed the directions in your link about a dozen times and it keeps showing up a blank page despite what I do. And I did hit the pdate button too. Still nothing.
