Contact form not working.

The contact form I created as a test is not working. I did not get an email alert when I completed it. I did fill in the emails notification info.
Also, when I look at the form on my blog as a reader would see it, my email address and my blog’s URL show up.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.com uses cookies to keep track of commenters so if someone makes a comment on your blog, the next time they come to your blog, unless they have cleared their cookies, WordPress.com will recognize them and complete the details for them. No one else will be able to view those details in comment boxes or in contact forms. The next person who comments will see blank fields. Thanks. The cookies/cache issue makes sense to me. But, why am I not being alerted when I complete the form, even if I do so from another computer from which I view the log as a reader?

Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.
Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.

Note… Is wordpress doing something… Sometime I believe after noon or thereabouts I have not received notifications of posts done by bloggers I follow… I became suspicious when I saw a link to one on facebook and when I went to it the comment was not accepted either… I chose to comment with WP icon and it did not default my information and would not let me comment… I checked several other regulars and they did post and I did not receive notifications…. something must be happening… my site is hometogo232.wordpress.com One that I checked was behindthemaskofabuse Diane

I have checked both email settings, per TimeThief’s suggestion. They are the same, and both are correct.
Any other suggestions?

I got your reply vikramkhanna on my hotmail account which confuses me as I was beginning to think it was a hotmail issue and not connected to wordpress…. now I am completely befuddled as to why I’m not getting notifications from the bloggers only it seems… I don’t know what to do next.. Diane

I just did a short post to advise my followers I’m not getting notifications and I don’t think anyone is getting a notification re this post either because whenever I do a post I get a response almost immediately from one source ( I think it’s an auto one) I’ve asked a fellow blogger re this and am awaiting her answer…
Has wordpress somehow shut me down or something ?? I am getting anxious re this…. How do I find out this or can you ? Diane

Hi again.. This morning (Sunday ) I got Daily (digest) notifications but not the ‘immediate’ notifications
Also I checked and the last ‘immediate’ one I received was from terry1954

PROBLEM SOLVED…. OUTLOOK TOOK OVER MY and will ALL HOTMAIL ACCOUNTs BUT DID NOT ADVISE ME SO ALL MY MISSING EMAILS WERE ON A SEPARATE SITE AND ALL IN JUNK MAIL..
I am very sorry to have bothered you but it was only by accident that I discovered this and then called my computer guy and he is helping me. I am so relieved and yet angry at this happening.. I will likely switch to gmail when I get sorted out… Thanks Diane
