contact form not working anymore

I have a contact form on my website and have had it for about a year now. It is a puppy application for prospective families. All of a sudden it is not sending to my email. I will get the message at the bottom that states that it was sent, but it is not ever received. I have checked it several times. It worked last week and I have done nothing to change the form, I don’t even go there. I thought it may be due to updates that needed to be installed, so I updated the site and the contact form, still nothing. I also checked the email address that it supposed to be sent to and it is correct. I am getting all other emails, just not from this contact form. I have sent a note into the support site to no avail, there has been no response since I sent it in yesterday.
I can’t run my business if I can’t get these applications, can someone please help me? Thanks Lisa
