contact form not working (no email received)

  Dear all,

  Our contact form on our website is not working for….. a long time. It seems that we missed several message :(

  We did not change anything and last year it was working well. I don’t know what happened ?

  The code we published was the following ;
  [contact-form to='(email visible only to moderators and staff)’ subject='[HAPPY association MEMBRE HAPPY ‘][contact-field label='Nom Prénom' type='name' required='1'/][contact-field label='Email' type='email' required='1'/][contact-field label='Nombre de membre(s)' type='select' required='1' options='1,2,3,4+'/][contact-field label='Commentaire' type='textarea'/][/contact-form]

  Is there a way to catch up the lost messages ?
