Contact form notifications not set up properly

    Hi,
    I have a contact form (I think by Ninja Forms) but I don’t seem to receive any notifications from it. I have tried sending to myself to no avail and a customer has since received no response from me, because I didn’t know he filled out a form.
    How can this be resolved, please?
