Contact form on WordPress.com site

  I inserted the contact form into a page, but the values are filled in with my own email and name… shouldn’t they be blank and how do I change that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Jeffrey,

  The values are displaying with your information only because you’re currently logged in. To visitors, they should display blank. For example, here’s how your contact form looks when logged out:
