Contact Form Option Not Showing Up

I’m trying to insert a contact form in one of my pages, however I don’t even have the option to insert the form on my page editor. I have the latest version of WordPress too.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you are using the classic dashboard (/wp-admin dashboard), I am not aware of an option that enables this.
If you are using the WordPress.com dashboard, you can do this by using Add > Contact Form section of the post/page editor. You can refer to this document https://en.support.wordpress.com/forms/contact-form/ for visual guide.

So i moved to the wordpress dashboard but somehow it’s not showing up on my about page either

You should be adding the contact form when editing a certain page on the WordPress.com dashboard here: https://wordpress.com/pages
You can do this by using Add > Contact Form section of the post editor.

Yes I did that already, but if you check my website on the about page, the contact form doesn’t actually show up but rather stay as its short codes :(
